Follow along with Nathan Oxenfeld as he leads you through a short and simple yoga practice.

The class consists of about 9 minutes of Asanas (yoga poses and stretches), about 3 minutes of Pranayama (yoga breathing practices), and about 2 minutes of Meditation.

This class is designed for people brand new to yoga as well as people who are experienced.

Standing Forward Fold, Downward Facing Dog, Tabletop, Cat/Cow, Hip Circles, Child’s Pose, Low Lunge, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle, Triangle, Split Leg Forward Fold, Squat, Seated Forward Fold, Inversion/Legs up the Wall/Shoulder Stand, Fish Pose, Spinal Twists, Savasana. Belly Breathing, Breath of Fire, Alternate Nostril Breath. Silent Meditation.
