Meet Nalini
Since 2015, I’ve been on a journey to actualize what I’ve believed to be true from my teens, that vision can be improved just like other parts of the body. This commitment has been leading me deeper and deeper into myself –– into unearthing root causes and faulty sense perceptions, and even towards my spiritual center.
In 2024, I became certified as a Bates Method teacher in Nathan’s first training program. I have also studied the Listening to the Eyes technique taught by Anat Axelrode, and am currently learning the EyeBody principles under the guidance of Peter Grunwald, as well as learning the intricacies of fascia through movement classes with Judy Gantz.
My inner explorations have been leading me ito a deeper understanding of mind-body unity. Alongside my Bates Method studies, I have also trained extensively in both Ayurveda and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Now (since September 2024), I am in a two-year certification program as a Transformational Coach with Somatic Arts integration through the Center for Transformation and Integration.
This vision quest has been guiding me to find my voice and feel safe being seen for who I am. Each step I take towards speaking my truth enhances my inner and outer vision.
I am delighted to have the opportunity to help others on this journey. I truly believe that we see in proportion to our willingness to be seen.
I live surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of Sonoma County in northern California with my partner and two delightful cats.
