Certified Bates Method Teacher, Nathan Oxenfeld, offers in-person and online vision training lessons to people of all ages.
These one hour private vision lessons provide you with direct one-on-one coaching with Nathan on a regular basis to ensure the most individualized and customized approach to learning and implementing the Bates Method into your life.
How to begin? Start with a one-hour initial vision consultation with Nathan to review your full vision history, learn if you are a good candidate for natural vision training, and establish your unique vision training plan.

After having your consultation, you may then choose a private lesson package that matches your individual vision goals and begin as soon as you receive your complimentary copy of Give Up Your Glasses For Good: Holistic Eye Care for the 21st Century in the mail or the eBook version via email, which is designed to accompany your one-on-one vision training lessons with Nathan.
As one of Nathan’s private students, not only will get personalized coaching in the form of your one-on-one vision lessons, but you will also get an invitation to his Natural Vision Support Group, which meets on the third Thursday of each month, as well as access to the private Holistic Vision Community Facebook group to meet other vision students from around the world.
You’ll have constant support and guidance from Nathan for however long it takes you to complete your private sessions, usually between 3 and 12 months, plus additional resources, written materials, audio guides, and videos. You get priority email support from Nathan along the way as well.
Online lessons take place via Zoom and can be conducted from wherever you can access the internet.
